FULL BIRTH DOULA CARE

PRENATAL-ONLY SUPPORT
For families who want guidance and education but plan to birth without a doula present. Includes: 1–3 prenatal sessions Comfort measure coaching Birth planning Partner preparation Newborn + feeding basics No birth attendance Per prenatal session: $100 3-session bundle: $275
BIRTH-ONLY DOULA SUPPORT
For families who feel prepared during pregnancy but want a doula present for labor and birth. Includes: On-call period Continuous labor support Comfort techniques Partner support Advocacy coaching 1 postpartum visit Price: $650
POSTPARTUM DOULA CARE
This is separate from the 2–4 postpartum visits included with birth doulas. Extended postpartum care is provided by a dedicated postpartum doula. Includes: Overnight newborn care (4–7 nights/week) Daytime support Weekly part-time or full-time care Bottle prep Infant soothing Meal prep Light cleaning Laundry Sibling support Newborn sleep support Family routine planning Overnight 8–12 hours per night: $1,700–$2,100 per week Daytime hourly: $25/hr Overnight hourly: $30–$35/hr Weekly daytime bundles: •10 hours/week: $230 •20 hours/week: $440 (This service is different from the 2–4 postpartum visits included in birth doula care.)
POSTPARTUM VISITS
Included with birth doula care or available individually. Includes: Emotional check-ins Light cleaning Meal support Baby holding while mom rests Newborn basics Basic lactation support Recovery guidance Per visit (1.5–2 hours): $75 4-visit bundle: $280
SIBLING DOULA SUPPORT
Caring, comforting support for siblings during labor and birth. Helps children feel calm, safe, and connected. •First child: $15/hr •Each additional child: +$2/hr
VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT
A flexible option for families who want virtual guidance, budget-friendly services, or supplemental support. Includes: Prenatal calls Labor coaching Emotional grounding Postpartum follow-up Basic package: $175 Plus package: $275
LACTATION SUPPORT
Available alone or included in full doula care. Includes: Latch help Positioning Feeding guidance Emotional encouragement Referrals to IBCLCs when needed Single session: $75 3-session bundle: $200
PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION
